1. Introduction
Welcome to Manchester Executive trading as E&D Hire Ltd.. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our executive transport, taxi, and airport transfer services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 Booking Process
Bookings can be made via our website, mobile app, or by calling 01616965724. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate journey details.
2.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any booking at our discretion.
2.3 Advance Bookings
Advance bookings are recommended for airport transfers and special occasions. Same-day bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and secure online payments. Payment is required in advance or at the end of your journey, as specified at booking.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Fixed-price quotes are valid only for the specified journey and conditions.
3.3 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the free allowance, extra stops, changes to the route, or cleaning fees for damage to the vehicle.
4. Cancellation and Modifications
4.1 Customer Cancellations
You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time without charge. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
4.2 Modifications
Changes to bookings can be made subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for modifications that increase the journey distance, time, or require a different vehicle type.
4.3 Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or driver illness. Full refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Service Standards and Responsibilities
5.1 Our Responsibilities
- Provide clean, roadworthy vehicles with licensed and insured drivers
- All drivers are DBS checked for your safety
- Arrive at the pickup location at the agreed time
- Take the most appropriate route to your destination
- Treat all passengers with courtesy and respect
5.2 Customer Responsibilities
- Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
- Provide accurate pickup and destination addresses
- Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
- Comply with all safety instructions and regulations
- Not consume alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle
6. Luggage and Personal Items
6.1 Luggage Allowance
Luggage allowance varies by vehicle type. Please inform us of large or unusual items when booking. Excess luggage may incur additional charges or require a larger vehicle.
6.2 Lost Property
We will make reasonable efforts to return lost property. However, we cannot be held responsible for items left in vehicles. An administration fee may apply for item retrieval.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our vehicles and operations. Our maximum liability for any single incident shall not exceed £1,000,000.
7.2 Passenger Conduct
Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle or injury to the driver resulting from their actions. Cleaning fees apply for any mess left in the vehicle.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Complaints and Disputes
9.1 Complaint Process

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our complaint process may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution service or the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
